We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Support Worker who can adapt to working in a family home. Are you compassionate, patient, friendly and empathetic? You will join an established team of Support Workers providing high quality, bespoke, complex care and support to a woman who sustained a high-level spinal injury over. She has significant care needs including tracheostomy and ventilator care. We are seeking someone who not only cares passionately about delivering excellent care, but who thrives in an open and collaborative environment.

We welcome candidates with a holistic approach to care. You will have a calm, positive disposition and sense of humour. You will have the ability to work sensitively in the homecare environment and work harmoniously with our service user, her family and your colleagues.

Our customer requires 24-hour Live in shift’s and separate, waking nights Shifts are 12 hours from 21.00 to 09.00.

In return, we will: Pay up to £13.00 per hour

You will be fully trained to undertake clinical tasks required. This is an opportunity to progress your career in care

You will be given full training support in

• Spinal care

• Tracheostomy and ventilation

• Oxygen and nebuliser administration

• Complex moving and handling

Essential must be double vaccinated for COVID 19 and Female for this client
