From £40 – 45K per year depending of experience
33 days leave a year including bank holidays

We are looking for a professional l nurse to oversee our complex care clients in the community. We need a motivated individual who is business minded with a good work ethic and a “can do” attitude that will ensure safe delivery of care. The nurse will need to supervise and train carers to undertake clinical tasks and sign competencies under delegation of tasks
We would like to speak to nurses with experience of home ventilation, tracheostomy and care of spinal injuries and other clinical tasks (upskilling and training will be offered to the right candidate)
Responsibilities will include the following
·Assessment of new packages of care
·Monthly reviews of care packages
·Maintaining compliance of paperwork
·Training and development of HCA’s
·Supporting the service to meet CQC compliance
This Position is Monday to Friday 9 to 5 must be flexible to meet the needs of business occasional early start or late finish (37.5 week) clinical support via on call is a requirement of this role
Must be able to prioritise and manage own diary, and a growing case load
Must have good IT skills
